The product

The Prompt Compass AI Made Simple for Small Business guide is supplied as a 19-page digital PDF for the purchaser's personal or internal business use.

Price and payment

The total advertised price is £9.99 unless a different total price is clearly shown before the order is placed. Payment is handled through SumUp's hosted checkout. Prompt Compass does not store your payment-card details.

Immediate digital supply and cancellation

Before checkout, you are asked to make an active choice confirming that you want the digital PDF supplied immediately after successful payment and that you understand your 14-day cancellation right is lost once supply of the digital content begins. The order record stores the version and time of that consent.

Your statutory rights are not affected. If the digital content is faulty, inaccessible, not as described, or is not supplied after a successful payment, contact us so that we can provide an appropriate remedy.

Delivery

After SumUp reports a payment update, Prompt Compass independently verifies the checkout with SumUp. The PDF is sent only after the stored checkout is verified as paid for the expected amount, currency, merchant and order reference. Delivery is to the email address entered before checkout.

If the email does not arrive within a reasonable time, check your spam or junk folder and contact hello@promptcompass.co.uk.

Use of the guide

The guide may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly or represented as another person's work without permission. You may use the prompts and worksheets for your own personal or internal business purposes.

AI outputs

The guide is educational. AI can make mistakes. Important facts, calculations, dates, legal wording, financial information and business commitments should be checked before use. The guide is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, medical or other regulated advice.

Complaints and support

If you have a problem with an order, delivery or the guide, contact hello@promptcompass.co.uk. Please include the email address used for the order and enough information for us to identify the purchase. We will try to resolve complaints promptly.
